Belgrade Pride recently issued a warning about counterfeit Testosterone Depo by Galenika, which is currently circulating in Serbia.

It has been discovered that these are fake products that Galenika never manufactured, being sold illegally on social media and other websites. The actual contents of these ampoules are unknown, posing a serious health risk.

This is a serious danger, as counterfeit medicines can cause unexpected and severe health consequences. It is very important that anyone using this product remains cautious.

Situation in North Macedonia:

Although there are currently no official reports of such an issue locally, it is crucial to stay alert.
If you are using Testosterone Depo:

• Purchase it only from verified pharmacies.
• Carefully check the ampoule appearance, serial numbers, and packaging.
